I think everyone has been asking for photos of the house Diann and I just purchased, so here’s a quick rundown. Cheers! — e

There’s a nice big “window” to the dining room from the living room which makes the space more open and lets lots of light into the kitchen area.

The first “bedroom” is clearly intended as a child’s bedroom, so we’ve converted it into a large walk-in closet for Diann with our dresser, chest of drawers and she has a closet all to herself!

Bathroom - pretty standard stuff here: small vanity, komode, tub/shower.

The back bedroom has wood flooring, so we’re using it as an office to make it easier to roll around in the desk chair! Working remotely 80% of the time, Eldon spends a lot of time in this room.

We’ve left this side of the basement intentionally open for space to do some house projects. You’ll notice the middle section has a door and a room and that’s our basement bonus room!

Here’s our basement bonus room! We’ve decorated it with all of our Hawkeye & Hoosier memorabilia. It’s a nice space with it’s own window, electric baseboard heater and is a nice getaway with it’s own TV, etc.

Finally- the backyard from the kitchen/deck. We’re planning on putting a cool fire pit set back into the hill and making a landing below the deck for the grill. Let us know what you think! Cheers! — e
