As weddings go, you can always tell in the first 15 minutes how the day will go - and the wedding of Alec Hamaker and Monica Lamirand was no different. I walked into the room for the groom and groomsmen and was immediately met with laughter and good spirits. The rest of the day and evening followed suit.
The scene was perfectly set in rural Zionsville, IN for the union of two like-minded individuals that seemed to be totally enamored with each other. The more time I spent with Monica & Alec, the easier it was to tell why they decided to tie the knot. Congrats!
Pinterest should be taking ideas from Monica!
Right from the beginning, I could tell this was going to be a fun day.
I said this was a fun wedding to shoot, right? These guys were a riot!
Couldn't ask for better smiles between the laughter.
The ladies were definitely no different - great smiles!
Flowers, nails and ring all match? Check.
Something blue and something new. ;)
The pasture behind the house was the perfect backdrop for most of the day's photos, including one selective color gem of the flowers and bride.
Let the ceremony begin!
Eeewwwww!
Have you ever seen such an angelic maid of honor? #bugspray
The newlyweds walking into the reception with the altar behind them and the rest of their lives ahead of them!
Monica's constant smile made for easy work behind the camera. :)
Husband v. Wife dance off!
Everyone wanted the bouquet!
The guys gather around for the garter toss.
The happy couple. Congrats, Monica & Alec! <3
